North Star Fitness is my favorite gym! I have belonged to many CrossFit gyms over the past decade and this one has completely embraced the CrossFit mentality. The community is like no other – the amount of support I have received, not only the coaches, but also from other members is outstanding. This gym is for all people; those who are trying to get back into an exercise routine, those new to CrossFit style exercise, and experienced CrossFit athletes. Although I have been able to focus on my physical health through attending classes, I have also been able to create wonderful friendships.

My wife and I absolutely love it! We joined the Longevity class, an introduction for less active, those who are coming back to exercise after a long break or older adults. The experience has been literally life changing. The instructors are very helpful and well versed in how to help you make modifications .
